We have had the New World Little Shops in our room and the children have been playing shops with them each morning. For maths we decided to create a shop to practice adding tens and ones. We had grocery hampers to buy.

Wow, Room 8, you are really working hard to count up how much money you have to buy your grocery items. My groceries cost $185 this week. I wonder if you could help me work out how many $10 notes I would need for this. Mrs R
